Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 35.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 12 years is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 17.50 per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
